Meanwhile...

Dark Flow, String Theory, pre-Big Bang Quantum Entanglement and anomalies in the Cosmic Microwave Background, the Infinite Patchwork, Quantum and pre-Big Bang Inflationary realities all prove that we live in Multiverses.

Our Multiverses are probably just one example of a repeated matrix of infinite number in an Omniverse.

Consequently.
Who gives a flying fuck about football?

We do.

The Planned Matchfixing Of El Clasico

EXCLUSIVE

The Assistant Referee who claims that he was told to show bias towards Real Madrid over Barcelona is Jorge Canelo Prieto.

Prieto (left), a man of integrity, wouldn't be welcome at pgMOB or SFA

Prieto registered a complaint with his lawyers over having been approached by the referee on behalf of a senior figure on La Liga's Referee Committee to favour the Madrilenos - it is now perceived in Spain that biased officiating from the match referee is too obvious.

The Assistant Referee also alleges that he received a phonecall from a senior member of the Referees' Committee advising him it would be "intelligent" to follow the instructions for the progression of his career (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/real-madrid/11947292/El-Clasico-corruption-storm-as-linesman-told-to-favour-Real-Madrid-by-referee-in-La-Liga-clash-with-Barcelona.html).

As a consequence, the announcement of the match officials for El Clasico was delayed.
Intriguingly, the release of the officials was timed for 21:00 hrs last Tuesday which coincided with the kick off of the England v France spectacle and would have been during the Belgium v Spain match if it had not been postponed.

Prieto has been replaced by Diego Barbero Sevilla but the match referee remains David Fernandez Borbolan.

The La Liga president is Javier Tebas...
... he has recently gone public as being a Real Madrid fan.

Take The EBT Money And Run

Look what somebody has just posted through my Tor...

Below are details of the illegal inducements (EBTs) used by Rangers Football Club plc to gain unfair advantage in Scottish football.

It would be interesting to know how much it would cost Celtic (due to retrospective bonus payments) if stolen trophies were returned to their rightful owners.

This will surely impact upon the club's strategy with regard to...

The HMRC Tax Avoidance List Of Shame

Some of the biggest names in British football face combined losses of up to £1 billion and financial ruin following the HMRC declaring investment vehicles illegal.

Many footballers rushed into these schemes as an 'enlightened' method of tax avoidance.

One agent frequently mentioned on our blogs was quoted in The Guardian as saying he believed there had been a culture of seeking to minimise tax bills. He said that although the players earned salaries way beyond the realities of ordinary people, the consequent size of the tax bills leads richer people to resent paying tax more than the less well paid.

These individuals, who in the main, are multi multi-millionaires allowed their greed to get the better of them as they rushed into 'profiting' from Kingsbridge Asset Management and Ingenious (sic) Films and Games - a pair Ponzis if ever they existed - schemes set up to enrich senior hierarchical figures at the expense of the gullible.
The investments were made in film, games and property.

You might notice that many of these names have been frequently mentioned on the pages of our family of blogs.

Gary Lineker (BBC and BT Sports)
Danny Murphy (BBC)
David James (BT Sports)
Martin Keown (BBC and BT Sports)
Robbie Savage (BBC and BT Sports)
Rio Ferdinand (BT Sports)

Danny Murphy, who owes £2.5 million on one of these schemes,  is said to have "felt angry" over the alleged mis-selling of tax avoidance products.

One has to wonder why our BBC license tax is used to reward those engaged in tax avoidance.

On an entirely separate level, it is found generally in football that financially distressed clubs and players are the ones that are approached by global matchfixing operations as these entities chase their losses via the underground markets...
... or such clubs and players collaborate with other distressed entities to mutual financial benefit.

We can only be grateful that the individuals above do not fall into this category.

But still.
Pay your taxes.
Over 1 million Britons depend on foodbanks to survive while you shower of rich bastards try and avoid paying a fair share of your colossal net wealth.

After Redknapp and Rosie the dog, and Rangers and Regan, football appears to continue to have taxing matters.

Orangeopoli

When it was discovered in May 2006 that a number of clubs in Italy had been abusing the integrity of the sport by utilising football agents to bribe referees to undertake matchfixing, Juventus were stripped of two Serie A titles, relegated and missed out on Champions League money for two seasons.

The Scudettos were given to the 2nd placed team.

This was despite evidence at the time and since that suggested AC Milan were equally culpable and should also have been relegated but Silvio Berlusconi pulled strings and calciopoli was, in effect, a direct targeting of the Old Lady of Turin.
Three other clubs - Fiorentina, Lazio and Reggina - received lesser slaps on the wrists.

Additionally, 16 individuals were banned for various periods from any footballing activities and three spent time in jail.
Referees De Santis, Paparesta, Racalbuto, Cassara, Pieri, Dattilo, Bertini and Gabriele were also banned for their parts in the corruption.

So.
Solid evidence.
Selective prosecution.

Fast forward to Scotland 2015 and the HMRC's victory against Rangers in the Big Tax Case.
Rangers won a number of titles when almost the entire playing squad were in receipt of illicit payments the existence of which have been repeatedly denied in a variety of manners over a period of 16 years.
Rangers attracted players that they simply would not have been able to purchase without the EBTs.

Orangeopoli.

As the HMRC said in judgement yesterday: "... so far as the footballers are concerned, at least, it seems to us that if bonuses had not been paid they may well have taken their services elsewhere. We realise that the fifth respondent [RFC2012] was in, potentially, a difficult financial position, competing for good players in an international market where other countries might not have the same rigorous approach to taxation as the United Kingdom. Nevertheless, the law is clear: the payments made in respect of footballers were in our view derived from their employment and thus the payments were emoluments or earnings."

Evidence was concealed from this Commission rendering its conclusions obsolete and non-robust.

Juventus were stripped of two titles and relegated even when there was a degree of doubt about their share of complicity in matchfixing.

There is no such doubt with Rangers.
Titles were won illegally.
Extensive efforts have been made by representatives of the club to cover up these realities.

Regardless of any other prosecutions and/or inquiries, the club that was liquidated in 2012 should have their now redundant history adjusted to show that they weren't quite as successful a club as future generations might otherwise think.

So.
#StripTheTitles.
And prosecutions and life bans for those found guilty of fraudulent behaviours.
Relegation would have been a further punishment but, of course, the club no longer exists except as a memory.

And all these smokescreens relating to 'remits' and 'distortions of Scottish law' are exactly that - smokescreens.

And asterisks? Not enough.
Asterisk the Gael!

Oh!
And #SackRegan.

Video Technology For Offsides

Our 'insider' at Professional Game Match Officials Board (pgMOB) informed us that this last weekend was an attempt to defuse focus on Premier League referees after the controversies surrounding Mike Dean mugging Arsenal yet again last weekend - Arsenal fans have a 100,000 strong petition to ensure that Dean never abuses Gunners again - the motion will now be put forward for debate in parliament!

Strangely enough, the last occasion that there was major refereeing controversy in EPL, the same top-down lesson was given to officials to avoid all potential match-changing decisions in the following round of games.

The pgMOB don't apply the rules of the game...
... their template of performance is something else entirely.

In the nine EPL games to date we have seen just two penalties (one of which was entirely irrelevant as Swansea were 0-3 down with 7 minutes to go).

But 4 of the 5 goals in the Tottenham v Manchester City game were offside which, although not changing the outcome, brought into further doubt the abilities of the pgMOB Select Group (sic) of referees.

As offside decisions may be determined instantly via video technology why is such technology not utilised?

Arsenal v Liverpool, Man Utd v Newcastle and Liverpool v Bournemouth are other early season examples of incorrect offside decisions impacting upon match outcomes.

Interesting that the collection of offsides at White Hart Lane have disappeared into the mainstream media black hole of 'right to be forgotten'.

Why are our compromised msm so protective of our inadequate, and in some cases corrupt, officials?

And what is it with the officiating in Spurs v Man City games - it was the radical refereeing of Jon Moss in the 4 penalty saga in Manchester last season that initiated MOBGATE (http://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2015/06/mobgate-6.html)?

How Serie A Works

Team A loan player to Team B.

Team B then buy him for £840K.

Team B sells player back to Team A for £6m after 3 seasons.

On the very next day after this transfer Team C then sells player back to Team A for £14m.

This represents £8m profit in just one day.

Team A and Team C are major rivals.

Discuss actual player ownership throughout this period.

US Ownership Of UK Soccerball Franchises Isn't Working

The Glazers asset stripping Manchester United.

Lerner thinking that Tim Sherwood and Ray Wilkins are a cutting edge combination.

Henry trusting in Brendan "Entirely Out Of My Depth" Rodgers and Gary McAllister.

Short thinking that first Poyet and then Advocaat had an ounce of integrity between them.

And Kroenke piling up the cash while Arsenal don't have a forward nor any title of any consequence in over a decade.

And then there is Newcastle, who although not owned by an American are owned by one obese enough to be so. He has given you the most ludicrous resurrection of all time - Steve McClaren.

NB To be fair, some of the underperformance of Arsenal has been related to malicious hidden agendas at the Premier League.
For example, taking the post-Ferguson window, our EPL Top 5 Bias Index (based on key match decisions by referees) is as follows (100 = total bias in favour of a team; 0 = total bias against):

Manchester City 58
Liverpool 55
Chelsea 52
Manchester United 49
Arsenal 29
